Account deletion
Delete your TourHero account
You can delete your TourHero account yourself at any time, on the web or in the TourHero app, and it takes effect straight away. If you can't sign in, we will delete it for you.

Delete it yourself
- Sign in to TourHero, at www.tourhero.band or in the app.
- Open Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete account.
- Review what will change. If you are the only owner of a band, or the only tour manager of a tour, you choose someone to take over first.
- Type Delete my account to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you can't sign in
Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply to that address to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and your profile: name, email address, photo, bio, website, Instagram handle, roles and skills.
- Your place in every band and tour, and with it your access to their schedules, day sheets, documents and guest lists.
- Your notifications, your notification settings and the devices registered to receive them.
- Your My Eyes Only day sheet sections, your poll votes, and invitations you sent that nobody has accepted yet.
- Your saved analytics choices.
What stays
Tours are shared work, so deleting an account removes a person, not the history of a band or a tour.
- Shared band and tour records. What you added for a band or a tour stays for the people still working on it: schedules, day sheets, documents, guest-list entries, comments and the like. It no longer shows that you added it.
- Billing records. If you paid for a band's subscription, our payment provider, Stripe, keeps the invoices and the billing email as financial records. Deleting your account does not cancel a band's subscription.
- Past usage analytics, if you opted in. These are stored under a random account ID, not your name or email, and after deletion that ID no longer belongs to an account. Email us if you want them erased as well.
- Backups and logs. Copies held by our hosting providers are cleared on their normal backup cycles.
Remove some of your data, and keep your account
You can change or clear your profile details under Profile at any time, and turn product analytics off under Profile → Privacy. For anything else, email us and say what you would like removed.
The Privacy Policy covers how TourHero handles information more broadly.
